1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of mascotbpo.com and any services provided by Mascot BPO ("Mascot", "we", "us"). By using the website or our services you agree to these terms. Specific services may also be covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Our services
We provide dispatch, back office and new-authority support to motor carriers. We act on your instructions and with your approval. You remain the motor carrier responsible for your operating authority, safety, insurance, equipment, drivers and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete and current information.
- Review and approve loads, rates and documents before you commit to them.
- Keep your authority, insurance and required registrations active.
- Pay agreed fees on time.
4. Fees
Fees for our services are agreed with you in writing before work begins.
5. No guarantees
We work hard to find suitable loads and keep your paperwork in order, but we do not guarantee any particular volume of freight, rate, revenue or payment timing from third parties.
6. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit spam or harmful content through its forms.
7. Intellectual property
The website's content, design and branding belong to Mascot BPO or its licensors. Photographs and 3D assets are used under their respective licenses.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mascot BPO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses caused by brokers, shippers, factoring companies or other third parties.
9. Termination
Either party may stop working together by written notice, subject to any separate agreement and to payment for work already performed.
